Services

Work is delivered under a monthly retainer or fixed-scope agreement as set out in your proposal. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined per engagement.

Payment

Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause active work.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the delivered code and assets transfers to you, with the repository handed over in full.
