Two real problems to fix, and one of them I can diagnose right now from your screenshot: The video — "Video unavailable" is almost certainly the URL conversion. You pasted a YouTube watch URL (youtube.com/watch?v=mEMtQr3P7OI from the earlier screenshot), and the modal needs an embed URL (youtube.com/embed/mEMtQr3P7OI). The conversion is happening — the iframe loaded — but "Video unavailable" specifically means one of three things, and Claude needs to check which:
